The only way to be productive is to produce. Be the best critic of your own work. Have a means to know what you did yesterday, a month ago, an year ago. Your workspace and work time are the most sacred. Don't desecrate them. Tools build the work; the work builds the tools. Both of which build the builder. Your work is as good as the quality of resources used to build it, that includes you. Say what you'll do "once", Record what you have done "always". Your past "defines" your future. Closely, monitor your progress. I don't trust you, I trust your work. Trusting performance is safer than trusting the person. A routine is not multiple repetitive tasks, it is that one task that your everyday has in common. To respect your work is to respect the people, who worked on it and who will work on it. That's you.
